This location was excellent, not far from the restaurant as well as the Aberfoyle Inn. It also was to a cafe down the road for breakfast.
The bathroom was quite small.

Not fit for a dog!
This place was a total letdown. The entrance was a mess with trash everywhere, and the door wouldn't open. Staff kicked it in for us-seriously! The room? Nah, not happening-black mold and all. We bolted back to reception and thankfully got our cash back. Dining area looked ok from what I saw.

great staff but minor room issues
The staff provided really good service, always cheerful and willing to assist. The spacious room allowed for comfortable movement, and the large windows invited plenty of natural light.
The room could benefit from a bit more attention to detail.

Decent location near cycling and walking routes, perfect for exploring trails like Ben A'an. The breakfast in a bag is a unique touch, even if I only snagged cereal bars.
First room's lock malfunctioned, a red flag. The wifi only worked in the bar. Heating seemed ineffective, and climbing to the top floor was a workout in itself. One evening, I froze despite extra layers, and the heater even sparked when turned on, not exactly comforting. It feels like areas need attention but there's potential.

Location was fine n staff were super friendly. Check-in was easy and the shower in our room was great. Got moved to double rooms for no extra charge which was a nice surprise. The hotel is in the middle of updating, but i liked that it feels cute.
Didn't get a proper breakfast, that was a letdown. The hotel needs more updates.

Spacious room with great staff
The room was super spacious and bright, and we loved the big windows for some fresh air. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a nice dining experience at the bar area. The only bummer was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.
